A very humble, kind, and passionate doctor, with unbelievable clinical expertise. I witnessed some general physicians seeking her opinion in diagnosing immune disorders. She takes a detailed history and minimizes the use of Xrays or other modalities to zero in on the correct diagnosis. She ensures that the patient is well-informed of his/her condition and also follows up on her own with personal interest and no extra charge.

Contacted Dr.Sruti Murali for oral ulcer. She patiently heard the whole medical history and prescribed medicines for 3 days. I was relieved of pain on the 2nd day itself. She has a pleasing approach and explains the condition in a simple language which is appreciable.
